Now that my daughter is on summer vacation, it seems I have no time to get anything done! I'm really glad I decided to try square-foot gardening. So far, I have had to spend very little time tending my garden. Just a little bit of weeding and fertilizing. My tomatoes and peppers have really taken off. My peas have put on some blooms. I can't wait to taste those veggies!
Looking good. You've convinced me that I should try square foot gardening next year. Just a small kitchen garden outside my back door. The heavy rains have really taken a toll on our garden this year. Square foot gardening may be the way to go!
ReplyDeleteI was worried about the heavy rains hurting my garden, but there hasn't been any damage. Keeping it close to the house may have helped. Hope your garden recovers! :)
